Amina Khan was born and raised in Abbottabad, one of the beautiful cities of Pakistan. She completed her bachelor degree at the University of Peshawar in 2018 and obtained her Master degree in 2020 from International Islamic University Islamabad. She worked on fabrication of molecularly imprinted polymers for sensitive and selective detection of Triclosan in her MS Program.

She joined the group to start her PhD which focuses on new radiopaque bromine-containing monomers for dental materials.

She is temperamental, stubborn, and introverted but loves to help those who need any kind of assistance. When she starts a task, she never leaves it unfinished. Outside the lab, she loves to play mobile games and chess. She is also fond of reading books and travelling.
