Sidonie was born in Drancy, France. She studied at the Paris-Descartes University (France), received her Bachelor in Biomedical Sciences in 2013 and obtained her MSc in 2015 in Chemistry. During her studies, she gained an interest for synthetic chemistry but also biochemistry. She joined the group in January 2016 and focused on palladium-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation but also on developing innovative bio-inspired synthesis with DNA-based asymmetric catalysis. When she is not in the lab, Sidonie enjoys listening to ABBA, collecting glittery objects and eating chocolate. Well, she does all of this in the lab too…
