Tania was born in Thessaloniki, Greece. She studied at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she received her Bachelor in 2014. She specialized in organic chemistry conducted her master thesis under the supervision of Dr. Alexandros Zografos and obtained her MSc in 2016. She joined the group in January 2017 to work on various palladium-catalyzed reactions, including asymmetric allylic alkylation and C-H activation. When she’s not running columns, she likes proving that she’s still Greece champion for the 4 x 100 metres freestyle or simply going jogging by the Regent’s Canal.
