Tao was born and raised in China. He completed his master’s thesis under the supervision of Pr. Dr. Li-Wen Xu and obtained his Master degree from Hanghzou normal university in 2015. Tao flew then to Paris, to start his PhD at ESPCI, where he focused his research on asymmetric catalysis and organometallic chemistry. In his spare time, he likes playing basketball, watching movies and cooking.
