Jinlei was born and raised in Xi\u2019an, which is a city with more than 3000 years of history in China. She studied at Shaanxi Normal University under the supervision of Dr. Liwen Xu and Dr. Yajun Jian and obtained her MSc in 2018. After graduation, she worked one year as Research Assistant in the same university. She joined our group in September 2019 to work on asymmetric DNA-based bio-hybrid catalysis.<\/p>\n

She is curious about everything and will try anything once. When she is not in the lab, she likes to create recipe or craftwork. She also loves sports, like swimming or roller-skating, if the skates are not too heavy to carry from Xi\u2019an.<\/p>\n
